Goldenblaze, I had taken the opportunity to respond you through a PM.
As a student of the Arts, and having had the privilege of being taught by lecturers at CJC for a 3 month period, I am most confident in the quality of their academics. In spite of my short time at the institution, I will note that many of their experienced lecturers are far better than some of my American professors at top universities.
Although I am unsure if my [then] lecturers are presently still teaching at CJ, I am certain that should you elect the instituion, it would be but a most enriching experience both academically and in other aspects of your social development.
As for the comment that CJC has the highest abortion rate, I submit that it is the most absurd comment should you truly conduct your research into how the issue came about. Additionally, I do not see how a history of over 20 years ago should affect your present day moral-social development, unless of course you're seeking for but an excuse.
From an international perspective, the fact that CJC may lend itself to a network of institutions in your near future would be a vast benefit. Should you apply to a Catholic University (ie, Georgetown, Notre Dame), a connection may serve you well.
