OOOOk..not sure where to start..
Tmr is my gf's birthday and what im gonna give her is 150 small paper cranes that i've folded myself for the past few days...but today she told she that her friends gave handbags,sweaters,purse etc as a early birthday present...
Then i suddenly realised that her friends so good buy those things for her birthday while i only intend to give her some cheapskate stuff...like very paiseh..
So now i dunno whether she will appreciate what im going to give her tmr or she will just think im lame or something...

While it may not be one of the best presents which a guy can ever give his girl, it shows tonnes of love and sincerity. I'm sure that she'll be touched!
You may want to add some symbolism to your present, like what the cranes signify. For instance, the cranes can represent the number of dates which you have taken her out on

give!! like someone mentioned earlier, you can put then in a glass bottle .. then attach a card or something with it inside/outside the bottle .. depends on how you want it to be..
used to do something similar for a friend but its folded stars instead. haha. the outcome will look quite nice and colourful ..! -
