  If dry cough, youir throat itchy or not? And if you try to control your cough, your throat/chest feels very uncomfortable rite?
  
  If yes. Then it means you have a 'dry' lungs. You need to eat something that can 'wet' or 'lubricate' your pair of dry lungs. Ask your mom boil some soup for you to drink. Avoid food tat contains sugar. This include orange and water melon.
  
  Sleep early in the nite. Dun surf sgf till 4am in the morning. Drink more warm water.
