I shopped at Courts only once...and that was three years ago. Bought a notebook from there; was told they don't have stock but can pick it up three days later. When I went back three days later, was told still no stock and told to wait another three days. So since I was not in a hurry, decided to wait.
Called them up after another three days of waiting and was told that I will have to wait another couple of days. I got impatient by then, so told them that I would like to cancel my order and get my money back. The customer service told me that they will get back to me and hung up. Then a few minutes later, the salesperson who sold me the comp, called and told me that I can pick up the notebook in a couple of hours.
Apparently I learnt later that the salesperson went to the distributor to pick one up for me himself.
Well...anyway...told myself after the experience that I will never shop at Courts again. -
Yup, i heard you. Told my friends about tis & they told me the same thing about their Courts experience too!
Wonder how Courts stayed on for so long?
