  Seeing this kinda situation, you must first ask yourself 2 questions.
  
  1st question is how much do you love her? Are you willing to marry her and spend the rest of your life with her having this kind of arrangment? You must think seriously. Since you are able to list out the above, it seems like you are having some doubts already and realise the dangers that you may regret one day after marriage.
  
  2nd question is how much does she loves you? Eventhough you love for her maybe strong and true, but you must also make sure it is well reciprocrate. This question you will be able to answer yourself directly and be honest with yourself. IMHO, when a woman loves you, she will take half of your list because she will not want you to stress out in work/emotion. If she's as you had said, she'll pay for her stuff herself and will keep all your money and give you $5 everyday, most probably she loves herself more. Don't be surprise that you may not even get your $5 daily allowance.
  
  It may sound bad but IMHO, you must think carefully. The ball is in your court.

  Here are my thoughts:
  
  you pay:
  1) hse loan -if she is pretty and you love her very much then worth it slogging all yr life to pay off yr hse, else neg share the instalment like u 70%, she 30%)
  
  2) car loan - if you drive 90% of time, so u pay la.
  
  3) utilities - the guy shd pay. Bonus if the wife helps.
  
  4) insurance - if she is the policy owner and u pay.. not right.
  
  5) savings (optional for her) - joint acc fair?
  
  6) misc recurring charges (eg TV license, internet, hp.....) - expected the guy to pay if he earns at least 50% > than her
  
  7) topup her expenses if she not enough to use - unreasonable, will she also do it for you?
  
  maid - wait for kids la. If she not willing do abit of housework after marriage, she wont make a good wife?
  
  9) my lao pei lao bu - Right thing.
  
  10) her lao pei lao bu - Ask her if its fair you pay them. She pay enough already. If she ask u pay for her, confirm she is not wife material. Dont have a lifetime of regret.
