It took around 3-4 mins for the officer to check and refund. Ok... while she was checking, there this angmo hanging behind me, he asked, 'Hey... are you topping up your cash card?" , and I replied 'No, why?'. He did not answer me and continue to make alot noise and standing directly behind me.
When I had got my refund and walked away, he complained to the officer that she should not have refunded me since was my fault to have forgotten to tab my card & bluff.......... I walked back and asked him, 'Dun I have the right? Otherwise, she wouldn't have done so.' Then this angmo told the officer, 'See... she still have the time to say so much.'
Before I could say further, this angmo glared at me sacrastically and walked away. Wow.... I was really angry, come on what right did he have to comment that. I mean if you think I'm holding the q, then you can tell us nicely to process his first cos he's in the hurry. Or complain to Transitlink that they should stop all refund lah.
Really... I have never never encounter this sort of RUDE, CRUDE person in Singapore before. Give Up!!!

Actually, I did not ask for refund and I dun expect TransitLink to refund me because is my fault that I forgot. But I just wanna to know was the bus fare deducted utimately, that's my purpose. Is not that I made a big fuss to them that they should refund me!
My point here is not whether I have the right to get my money back, is just to highlight that people nowsadays are getting impatient. And is it not right for me make enquiry? Also, if I should have made enquiry at the machine, doesn't mean that pple who want to top up their cards should also use the machine? Then what for setup the Customer Service stop?
Btw... also trying to promote that TransitLink is providing good service. Haa.... -

Ya as i said in the must place if u want to check how much they deduct u can check at the machine 1.. not need go the translink 1.. imagine if someone is urgent.. or what lol... or imagine someone at 1 ATM press and press and press for 10min and u r waiting and waiting and waiting for a simple thing to be done.. -
