time, place, date, guy, people surrounding you, personalities of guy and girl, how comfortable the gal or guy is, what you are lookng for from the date etc. -

Sometimes they wear more revealing clothes doesn't mean they are sluts of what..sometimes it's just the clothes they are wearing or maybe they dunno how to wear it properly to prevent too much cleavage showing..
Some wear revealingly to attract attention though..
And of course there are conservative ones that don't reveal even a 1mm deep cleavage.. -

I am now working and living in the US.. actualy most of the gals here are 'big'... so cleavage becomes almost inevitable.... because almost any type of top that is not totally covered up will show cleavage...
as such, ppl don't look or take notice anymore....
i guess in sgp, gals and guys are a bit more focused on the cleavage....
my view is that a gal should dress what she is comfortable with... but for a first date, it is better to be more covered... it is better to "slowly show" more and more on 2nd, 3rd, 4th dates.... then show everyhing on the first date...
from a male seduction perspective.... it is better to keep the guy 'guessing'.... -
