  You go to Guan Heng Hardware shop which is just at the junction of Serangoon Garden Way & Yio Chu Kang Rd. The sledgehammer is not ready fixed but can be fixed on the spot after u have chosen the weight of the hammer & the stick can be either made of wood or a thick cane (cane is normally the case).
