  True, in fact it's probably doing more good leaving it there than washing it off, unless you have an infection and washing it off is just a little antisocial methinks... the stuff that makes piss yellow (urea) has an ammonia group (NH2) which effectively makes your piss sterile so there's absolutely no risk from it unless you have an infection.

  It wasn't when I thought 'unles you don't wash it properly usually as you should (ie in private when you wash everything else not in a sink for public or private use eurgh) that's more the ammonia in the urea' that I realised I know entirely too much about the subject it was when I also decided to point out 'and anyway unless you're dehydrated or have an infection there's so much water in it anyway it's usually pretty odourless'

  urea is colorless, urobilin is the one which gives urine the yellow color. As for the rest of the post, if anything, it is because urine is acidic, therefore you could use it to alleviate the pain from certain jellyfish stings. Anyway urine is not recommended because it will make it worse.
