very hard to tell if it real or fake
i think it real as : the 1st pic , leg got reflection on the plastic sheet , and 2nd pic hand reflection on plastic sheet
i think it fake : the 1st pic , check out the skirt area , inside part of skirt , you can find reflection of light on the plastic sheet where it suppose to be under the skirt

the reflection thing is nothing....of course it needs to be realistic in order to convince people....any 3rd-year poly student in multimedia studies who has pay attention in class will tell you it's 100% achievable....
