The construction worker i am talking about is those type from Bangaldesh,
so in his case to earn 2600 and have the title of asst Engr is already a dream to OTHER CONSTRUCTION WORKERS and get a proper education some more!
Why the people here keep comparing him to more well to do people

ya lor skali he already studied engineering in his hometown. When he come here, he told his boss he already learnt those. His boss sympathise him and put him on course where he dun even need to study much also can pass cos he already know most of the stuff.

but it is true sometime. Engineers with an engineer degree does not meant they have much experience with the hands-on and the application of theory. Sometime, when i ask questions to those technical officers, they seem to know more than my supervisor.
