I assume the "tua geh" you mention is actually bean sprouts.
First of all, when did someone add beansprouts to fried carrot cake. I believe this is the first time you make such a special order. I would agree with the auntie to decline your requst as this may tarnish my business if it does not taste good.
Secondly, you mention about healthy diet. I remember fried kway teow does not belongs to it.
Don't make this type of reddiculous requst and complain again. What would you do if you are the stall owner. Customer is not always right. -
WHY you so inconsiderate?? The SAME WOK is used to fry a BIG WOK of cai tao kueh for every customer.
Some people don't like dao geh. What if after doing for you, there are some
dao geh left and the next person gets it???
The auntie was right. She cares for other people, not just you.
Next time bring your own wok. -

that auntie is afraid that with the addition of those bean sprouts, the overall taste of her dishes would be compromised and when that happens, her business may drop.
Bring your bean sprouts next time when you intend to buy from her. Immediately after purchase, open up the package and add the bean sprouts in front of her.

The seller must make sure the product sold must look similar to the sample/picture.
If not, the auntie will kenna sue by the customer one. -

Unfortunately, not all hawker auntie knows how to do business de.
So, next time you go and gib her free business lectures.
Because the little bit of tau geh will give her more revenue. Because more customer like yourself will become loyal customer and come back again.
Her stingy way to save a few cents only make her loss more customer, so decrease in revenue...
Like that, once she is educated, she will know what to do when next time you come and order from her lah. -
