i tried all the diff bugs n stuff they sell in thailand but the friggin madagascar roach they have i see liao too grosed out dare not eat.
the locals pull off the head n suck juice out them... EWWWWW -

got some way to make some bait for e roach den they eat le stomach wil explode and die
tink nid baking power(to react wif stomach acid to produce CO2 to make it boom) and honey(for the roach to come eat). correct me if im wrong
or just buy those from shops lor. those for roaches to eat den die de. hope they are useful

2. Spray insecticide at places where they might appear.
