  Better drive safely and be prepared to jam brake.
  
  Even if the pedestrain was blatantly jaywalking, you bang and kill or seriously injure the person, you will also get into very serious trouble.
  
  That's becoz the law favours the pedestrain. Drivers supposed to exercise care.

  Yah, king of the road indeed. Their lau beys and lau boos feed them and grow them and in the end what these stupid people do? Get kill while crossing the roads yakking.   today i was on the phone near bugis junction and all of a sudden a car honked me and i turned and it was right behind me. apparently the road looked too much like the walkway for me to realise i was standing outside the carpark
