1. talk about current affairs eg. american politics, subprime mortgage crisis. Draw up a flowchart to examine how this will impact singapore economically. 2. think of ways to invest your extra cash eg. play forex now with US currency falling. 3. do some homework or type out some reports together. 4. write a research paper on a topic that both of you are interested in. 5. go to NLB/NUSlibrary and read up about an academic discipline of common interest. Go to some reservoir(many girls take it as romantic).Dsnt cost u a penny.Shopping,movies etc can be expensive.get a hobby like riding bike.
