Very happy you manage to " wake up " Nokia . I used to work in one of their care center getting super low salary yet have to work beyond " retail hrs " . And from what i heard is our supervisor used to be a customer service personnel which is from a different agent/company . And nobody knows how he manage to become our supervisor which is nt related to his experience n job scope at all . And once Nokia launched a " certain " model of phone which they did not supply us spare parts for 2 months which left alot of customers fuming mad cos that model of hp spoiled within days of buying it . We the technicians also have a hard time trying to rush to repair the hp once the stock comes as really alot of that model of hp needed repairs .

But then my Nokia E61 haven't died on me, after many/much torture and abuse, well err, light abuse (e.g. dropping).
But then technically speaking, my warrently card already expired two months ago. Which means, my phone is a year two months old.
Well there, a few minor problem/injury my E61 substain throughout the times with me, but who really cares? My dad and I hate Nokia customer serivce, but somehow we like Nokia phone. Okay I admit that my dad and I are some weird people.

Nokia care centers are always full, i pity the frontline customers service ppl. they always kena full blast from customers.
You haven seen those mad customers which include some of those so called famouse pples coming here to vent their temper as if they own nokia . Theres also a young n pretty lady whom keep on screaming n shouting " i don't care , its your fault " at the customer service supervisor . She decides to tone down her voice only when the security guard is standing behind her . If you think thats the end , then you are wrong , after leaving the care center , this ger complained to nokia headquarter saying the customer service supervisor had insulted her making her look bad and wanted a public apology even though she had scolded him alot of vulgarities and even insult his ancestors . Then nokia demanded him to give them an written report . And another famouse pple working at one of our newspapers company shouting n banging away his hp on the table even after the customer service ger told him she could void his hp warranty for banging his hp then he start threatening her with his " power/connections " . I also seen another woman whom keep scolding n shouting the customer service ger whom had told her she can't do anything abt her case which has already over for so long . She also only willing to tone down after the security guard is standing behind her ( Anyway i recorded the womans scolding n shouting for 3 mins after letting my friend hear it then delete off ) . I always like to see crazy pple blowing their tops over small case . And last but not least showing their real colour by threatening pple with their connections or power . So much respect for the rich n famouse .

I got no complaints about nokia cust service agents, most are polite and i definately do not agree to scolding them.
I believe ts issue is that Nokia products/service sucks. Need to constantly send it in for repairs.
The service level sucks really bad. The agents are polite but their tech seem to be unable to repair the products. I had my N95 fail again with the same problems 3 hours after leaving the service center.
Last mth, the red disconnect button on my N95 cannot be used. I send it in to the causeway point service center - queue time to get queue ticket number - 20 minutes, waiting for queue number to come up - 40 mins, after they had receive my N95 for servicing, they cannot even tell me when i can pick it up. all they say is we will call you once it is repaired. After 3 weeks, i am still waiting.
can i also sue them?

aiya nokia sucks la.. my n93 went in for repairs for like over a month last year.. they sent it to "HQ", refused to tell me where's HQ or the number for HQ, and i kept going back to their century sq service centre.. finally got to talk to manager.. and he keep giving me all stupid lame excuses.. after i finish shooting down all his excuses then he got nothing to say then he sae he will escalate the matter.. keep say NO PARTS NO PARTS dunno when then arrive and magically next day they call me say come down collect phone.. i go down the manager ON LEAVE for that day..
also, they say they can't "call" hq cause they onli interact with HQ via EMAIL.. that's so lame can..

Erm i starting to wonder if i could be sued for telling you all so much . But frankly speaking , would you spent your time to concentrate and think of how to repair the phone properly when you already have 50 phone under your name to be completed repair by today at that point of time early afternoon otherwise you face being scolded severly by your supervisor and the public enemy there cos the others have to help you out on top of their tight deadlines . My best record was having repaired 112 phones in a single day . Which shocks me also , so you can imagine the stress and pressure the technician are having ?
One word: PWNED.

Smart move, chap. I always believed that everything is fair.
There was an incident whereby some defects in a private property was not settled amaicably. The manager of the developer told the owner to sue them if they want. What do you expect? The case finally went to the High Court and although it was settled out of court, the owner was paid by the developer after all. Like you, there were smiles all around.
Never ever underestimate anyone! Don't push anybody to a corner! There is always a limit to one's tolerance.
To all out there, fight for your own rights .....

still dont understand, why like example u brought a nokia or other brand of hp at Hp shop. and ur hp having issue, and the place u brought dont allow u to change.,..and u go service centre to repair..then u have the same issue again.. and u complain abt the service centre?.
should'nt we complaint to the nokia main..instead of servcie centre?
