  wat happens if u got 2 clients one u go all the way out to help him even though he shld have been following the normal queue cos no one is around to help another colleague decided to ask him wait and kena complain until high up there end up all kena gao gao these fcuked-up coy processes! :x i shall go eat my lunch now and tender soon
