Are you talking about lower eyelids got scarred or the eye itself was hurt ?
You may be getting an infection from the broken skin.
I suggest you go to the doctor as soon as you can.. and tell him what happened. He may need to prescribe you some Anti-biotics to help you recover.
If it is not treated , the infection may spread and it will be difficult to treat.
Other possible reasons could be allergy to some substance or food.
Anyway.. just go see doctor.

wa i also just kena and mine just gone!!
what i did was, i took a clean hankerchief...then soak in hotter them warm water then squeeze it dry... then put on the eye... i repeated for like 45 mins then its gone...
my eye healed liao

dunno isit bcos the eyedrop relli work well or it's meant to heal fast
i still wear contact lens and put eye makeup
mine oso healed.. i realised its the anticeptic cream which made my eye swell =(
stopped putting anyting on my wound
In the first place you didn't you say that you got it from a fight?
i didnt get it frm a fite... the one i got frm a fite is lower eyelid.. then upper eye lid swell 2-3 days after fite
