In sec 1 that time I also bullied. But my teachers sometimes help me. My friend encourage me to tell teacher. I also scream at them when teacher not there. A bit childish. But so young also dunno what else to do.

yes, we do have system in place to help this people. But the trouble is it's more NATO than anything...jus like all our welfare system.
