  Will not happen, if China lose to Singapore, the Chinese people will kill them! They have national pride.

  I also wonder how our team managed to face the superior China team. Will they freak out and get trashed? Later will know.

  Singapore has had to settle for Olympic silver after its women's table tennis team went down to China on Sunday.

   

  China's 33rd gold medal in the Beijing Games came when their women paddlers beat Singapore 3-0.

   

  China's Guo Yue and Zhang Yining clinched the decisive doubles rubber against Singapore's Wang Yue Gue and Ji Jia Wei 11-8, 11-5, 11-6.

   

  In the singles Wang Nan beat Feng Tian Wei 9-11, 11-3, 11-8, 11-6. And then, Zang Yining beat Li Jia Wei 9-11,11-3, 11-4,11-7. 

  
  The 3-0 result ensured that China's home Olympics will go down as its greatest ever after its women's table tennis team won the hosts' 33rd gold of the Games to overtake its previous best tally at Athens in 2004.
