She came, i had to move out from the living room n into my own room... which has been vacant n supposely my room. haha

Actually got 1 quite nice bed. Black and white. N i wanted to takea picture.. then i realised my phone was missing. hahaa.. apparently i dropped it while testing out sofas n couches.. for an isntant , i thought i lost my phone again.

I like this carpet. Oh man.. so nice and got a wierd feeling when u touch it. The table, its pretty nice , but dust gets under it. N need to remove glass to clean the dust which by the looks of it.. sure as hell is gonna be accumulating real fast!

The bed one thing is that the side panels are all cushioned. So no wood or hard surface on angles .

ACtually is house. Under utilised. Thats why i crashed in the living room... so my room become super massive.. n connects to dining room making it even more huge. But she just came and shoo me into my room which is like.. totally vacant with nothing. haha
House is 2 master bedroom 1 slightly smaller room.

Rented. Thinking of buying. But the real estate here prices are going down. So lots of places price going down. But this area is good investment ebcause of the accessability and its main road. near uni.. near bus exchange. big street. plenty of lighting. Cause my younger bro live with me now. But in the end its up to mum whether she wanna take it down or not. She eyeing some really far place near cashmere hills.. which is like 2 times more expensive n 3 times the distance. And she also looking around area buy house rent or what. See how.. but if its me , iwill buy this house down n do it up. lol! Or i sell my house back home buy this house. But thats fudged. i still gotta pay 25 more years haahahaha

But for parents i think its worthwhile they invest in a very good sunny new age home here.. Then come here retire. While i take over all thier business.. reap lots of money... and they live happily ever after in NZ.

Yeah. I got few friends staying in Cashmere. Drive so far la.. really not so keen when they wanna gather. lol . But thier house all very nice thats for sure.
Cashmere is really far. Imagine u drink in town n have to navigtate ur way back to the mountain intoxicated. LoL! but the view there.. oh man.. the beach is just over it. U can see it.
I am staying at Wharenui. U knoq Canty uni ? There is a Toyota dealer there ? i am on that street.

Once I drove all the way there.. then parked at "the rock" slept until 5+am, then went driving up the hills to look for a good spot to see sunrise..
the sunrise was spectacular!!!!
I can't remember any toyota dealer.. lol.. my memories quite bad..

Oh.. the Rock ! thats at Sumner beach. If u go there at night during the changing seasons of spring to summer , sometimes penguins will come to shore. Cause i was at the rock there pak toh ages ago n i stepped on a penguin. lol!
