I'll commment yours anyway. There are 2 reasons.
1) Earn a lot but never live within their means, need to support their private housing, expensive cars. At the end of the day, they are broke with limited cashflow.
2) Don't want wives to stay at home doing nothing.
Probably they just want to lighten their load. These are men with children, don't think they will think that their wives do nothing at home. Docs, engineers earn big buck.

"Why GUYS are unable to move on to become a REAL MAN?"
It's a decision which I believe all guys are empowered to make. However, the world is not fair and it's normal that not all guys will have the ability to become a REAL MAN.
Perhaps some guys just didn't have a choice at all, especially when their maturity stopped when they're 16 years old?
This could be a likely explaination of why we're still seeing old man behaving in the same manner too.
It's very TRUE that aging IS a natural process, but the growth of maturity have to be GROWN.
Oh ya...since they like 30k so much, I have to inform them that 30k is the minimum. And if they don't have it in them, they should just accept the fact that they can't afford it and move on with their lives.
Unless they all requires some form of approval from me? Errmmm...hmmm????
