But beware. Suppose the TS or someone else really has the intention of committing suicide and copy some or one of the method here and worst leave evidence or note behind pointing to the person involved.
And if you are that person, the police can call you up and charge in court.
Not joking, abetting suicide is a crime here in Sg. -

and nope, i haven't seen anyone getting sued for telling people to go kill themself..

Nope, telling a person 'go kill yourself' is word against word. Technically, the police can't do anything because hard evidence will be difficult to produce in court.
Blogger has been posting racial remark on the net for a long time and they are not sued. Until one lady when to make a police report.
At that point, we can also said we didn't see ppl sue for racial remark before. The law is the law, nothing to do with people sue before or not. -
