i will rather take the chance and be made a fool.. den risk being guilty for the rest of my life knocking someone down.. quite hard to see how it's possible for anyone to see an accident involving a person lying down there on the road and immediately relate it to "hey, am i on tv?", you get what i mean..?
and nobody knows in actual fact whether the victim knows the driver.. afterall, the dead cant speak.. so nobody knows whether it's murder or not..
whatever it is.. leaving a person to DIE there is wrong..

Yeaa i knw both would come, no matter which number u dial.
The EA would come first then the police mah.
As in when u see someone hurt, first thing tht comes to ur mind shld be 995 and not 999. 999 is for police.
