Just now I was at the supermarket, I saw this 7-8 y.o. boy scolding his mom.
They are definitely getting bolder, spare the rod and spoilt the child.

I seen some small kids who maybe, p4? At a shopping center arcade act damn big, walk with a whole worlld owe me kind of swagger.

lol. Just now i saw a bunch of primary school kids wearing colorful skinnies and a size too big t-shirts. They were talking quite loudly and act like beng..lol i cant help but laugh at them! they havent break voice yet then they sound like...so midget

Haha, 3 weeks ago I was at the airport and some 7 or 8 year old kid came over to us (we're at the section where paper and crayons were provided for kids to draw, we're just passing by and looking around) and took up the crayons nearby and starts defiling all the papers.
Then he threw the crayons at us and spout vulgarities as if we'd just raped his mum or something. The final straw came when he kicked my friend.
My friend grabbed him by his head and smack him hard with the loose papers he threwed around.
They're definitely bolder, we were in a group of probably 6 and he's alone. Probably crazy too.

Hmm.. It seems like it. But "worst" is associated to negative connotations and that, I guess, is relative to society's tolerance standards.

The parents arn't doing anything much... An example of how they do things: They like giving babies the remote control to a nuclear weapon and claiming they(babies) knew how to use it.(they did explain, but babies don't understand do they?)
Anything happens they(Parents) blame everyone else.
