What do you know about it?
Let's discuss.
Oxford Dictionary of Psychology
Cognitive Behavioural Modifications:
A form of therapy based on cognitive therapy and behavioural modifications, in which the client or patient learns to replace dysfunctional self speech (such as I knew I'd never be able to cope with this job) with adaptive alternatives. (The job's not going well, but I am capable of working out a plan to overcome the problems). It's application include anger control, stress management, coping with anxiety, and developing social skills. Also called cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).

Thank you. I am currently studying this module.
The big picture is to correct any irrational beliefs and form healthy ones so we can react and feel appropriately.

Relearning how to form positive perspective from negative situations.

Depends on how you view behaviour, nurture, due to environment, or nature, due to genetic markers already imprinted into us.

That will depend on how you control it.
CBT works by asking one to rationalise their anger.
Mind to share any event that made you angry?

Yeap. That is known as Guided Discovery. You see yourself from another lens. For example, asking how the person would advise his/her friend if they are in the same situation.
From there, they gain a different perspective and realise that if they were to behave in the way in accordance with their advice, they may develop different and maybe better automatic thoughts which will in turn, create more positive feelings.

i watch many movie, seems that, the people trying to control their anger becoming more weird, i think it's natural thing, when you angry, just release it, trying to control it, is the least thing i will do.

Yeah. What you just mentioned is about Biological Psychology.

What do you mean by "weird"? Care to describe a little more?
Anger needs to be controlled if it becomes overboard and affect youselves and others around you.
Besides, nobody likes to feel angry. By learning how to control it, or I should say, manage it, you may be on your way to becoming more at peace with yourself.

it's not about you want or not, human is made of flesh and blood, it's natural that sometimes you feel negative emotion, then you should talk to someone, make it less eminent, even machine sometimes shut down, that's life about, some people are optimistic or pessimistic in nature, you can't change that

Yeap. We don"t try to change anything unless people feel that it has slowly become a problem in their lives.

i think Yoga or meditation is a good way to release their pressure, so the point is not control, but release

Agree. The keyword is better manage, not control.
i think there is a mantra to release your anger, it's let it be
i think all the negative emotion come by a self protection mechanism, when you feel that, there are something wrong, over pressured, or sth else, so you need to adjust yourself, don't think negative emotion are negative, in fact they have positive meaning

Agree. There is definitely a positive meaning to anger. But if this self protection mechanism is going to affect others, then we need to find a proper channel to release it, or apply CBT.

By seeking a mechanism to release anger is not the proper way, forever you will be seeking that mechanism as one get worn or bored and fail to release yr anger.
The right way is that we all should learn is to stop getting angry in the first place, search for calmness, coolness and inner peace. Take problems as nature of life, come and go, plan yr time for enjoyment of your liking, understanding that without problems, what is there to live for...learn to think wisely and be steady.

Learning to stop getting angry takes time and effort. The first step in doing that may be to channel the negative energy to a mechanism such as exercising, instead of accumulating those frustrations in you.
