Yes, it not easy to some, not that it is difficult, just that they have not meet a good advisor or have yet open up their mind to be enlighted and be inspired by the beauti of calmness. And people can sometime live their whole life without getting enlighted in a way that they are angry all the time.
For life is already a burden with work, relationship, cost of living, monetary, illness and sickness, society, negative emotions etc etc...why should we add anger into it. Relax lah.

i think you are talking about the overall tolerance of the society, let's say the society is not tolerate at all, all the people cannot release the anger, become bad, because when we talking about the tolerance about the society, i am not talking about other people, i am talking about very single person,everyone is in the society, so to solve this problem, either to increase the tolerance level of society, or finding the problem in yourself, but i think it's not a good idea, to control it, you should always find ways to release it, when some other people cannot tolerate you, maybe you just be yourself, don't mind what they say, and if the whole society cannot tolerate you, it's your problem, but that's not the case, most of time, you only expose to several person, maybe they cannot tolerate you when you lose temper, but you yourself, should know it's your problem or their problem, everyone cannot calm or happy through all, so when you are upset, just let it be, if it happen to be that your anger burn someone else, i think just forget it, or make some compensation for the poor guy, don't live up to the expectation of others,

Ya. We do not try to live up to the expectations of other. But we do not want our anger to unintentionally hurt anyone.
