Microwave Habit

I remember when i was like 12 years old. Home alone for few days. I remember the first day , instructions. Take out fish from fridge. Squeeze the sour plum a bit. Put in microwave. The fish bowl already got like wine etc.. then.. press FISH on microwave and START.

lol! I prefer to cook my own food instead of eating pre-cooked food! So,i dont think ill be getting a microwave soon

Well, sometimes really bo pian. But like the food sometimes u eat outside Teriyaki Chicken etc.. u see put in microwave.. and it tastes so dry... so.. uurgh.. cause maybe put too long. If put too long microwave tastes not food anymore liaw ar

try making herbal soup with corningware ... I find it comes out just fine .... better infact ... cos it squeezes out every bit of essence from the herbs ...

i was thinking.. in the future. Imagine we buy back little pill form stuff. Then put in the microwave n BWAAAAM !!
One big turkey feast that can feed 10 ppl.

Can't live without oven and microwave oven. Microwave is mainly used for warming up food and defrosting food.
I don't really like food cooked in microwave oven though I do use it every now and then at work to cook indo mee or maggie noodles for lunch.

erm.. i really cooked stuffs in microwave before . only heating n defrosting also...

I don't own a microwave oven and my oven is close to useless.

I still use the stove to reheat the food sometimes and it's more even that way.

Kitchen need to comlpete with all these stuffs... lol. or its not a kitchen. =x

I love grilling food in oven. I love baking cakes too.
With the stove, I prefer Gas to electric. When we were shopping for new kitchen appliances for our new kitchen, hubby wanted a ceramic cooktop and I wanted the gas cooktop. Took me a long time to convince my hubby to go for the gas cooktop.

Gas anytime man.. fudge electric stove. How am i suppose to create that burnt sensation.. sigh

That's right..... especially when I use the wok a lot to cook.... Wok is better used on gas stove.
