Go for Natural Project. There's this other line of long-sleeve shirts that can go well with the smart-casual look for long sleeve n jeans... cant recall for the life of me.... Something "Box."
If you want REALLY nice long sleeve shirt, there's this place at Bugis Junction... Cant remember the name also... "Don" something... Be prepared to spend like $70-100.

like others said, shirt jeans is smart casual, can play colours.
shirt pants is formal, and shoes will play an important part here..

What type of prize presentation? I feel that you should be getting formal wear, i.e. shirt + work pants + leather shoes.
Well unless the dress code told to you says otherwise, it would also depend on where the presentation is held, and how big this presentation's gonna be....
I think if it's just a one off prize presentation, anyhow long sleeve and pants can liao.. leather shoes also might not need.. since won't take picture of ur feet also.. haha..
