huh? i never got any problems at all except when my house wiring went to shit...
the nice fellas from Singtel came and rewired my whole house for me, free!

singnet CMI loh..when i called up the technical service helpline..all the operators will tell u is that they will arrange for line service check.. i've already arranged for so many line checks that i got fed up..anyway..the last technician who came to my house even told me that "i am sorry miss, but I can't detect what is the issue..perhaps is the modem issue blah blah blah" =.=''' Conclusion : SINGNET sux! I am still waiting for my contract to expire & hello to starhub =D

okay, now ok liao. anti-starhub for me. HEHE. friend just told me today he can't re-install starhub after he reformat his comp.
just cause he lost the starhub installation disc he can't use the internet anymore. WAHAHA.

wow, I thot my starhub is the only one giving problem, did not expect Singtel to be giving problem. when I used Singtel broadband, I had no problem.

hello, hello, I was like you fed up with singnet, now I am using starhub. No doubt the phone service staff are very helpful and nice but the starhub broadband sucks big time. Gets disconnected and hang everyday. Sometimes start surfing within 2 to 3 mins, it gets disconnected.
I gave up on singnet because they are very unprofessional and the customer service sucks, very bad.

YOu are one of the few lucky people who encounter zero problem from them. If not for the lousy, rude, unprofessional service of Singnet, I would still be using singnet broadband. -
anytime better than pacific internet...even helpdesk line isn't toll free....went to singnet because of constant cut offs.....so far so good with singnet.

i agreed! singnet customer svc sux big time lols..waited for so long before any of them picked up the line (this goes to shows that either there are lots of unsatisfied customers or the staff are simply slacking = bad customer svc)
i haven't tried starhub broadband before..so thinking of switching to that...

i oweis restart modem when have problems
Lsat time was a few times a month
at one time a few months back, the disconnection was like every few hours, my msn will sign in and out, my FTP upload distrupted, internet lagg like shit

Now starhub also got problem.. GG. WORLD IS COMING TO AN END
