My Singnet BB used to give me a lot of problem. The modem can just go bogus by unable to detect connection and it usually happened after midnight. That's also when the technical helpdesk has no one to answer your call.
I am considering between Cable and Pacific. Any recommendation?

Call help desk during peak hours when other people are too busy with their jobs to settle the internet problems... I did that and have no problems...
I have to call 3 times before someone answers and on different time of days... I know they have limited resources and can't cater to everyone so I just be patience... and it paid off...
So which would you rather chose? go through all the trouble of getting a new line or try and call help desk until they answer... Help desk confirm plus chop will solve the problem one... if cannot, they will send someone down for free...
