I think its different for certain people but i am ok if we meet up for coffee and a meal.
Not movies or other activities that are tied to romantic dates.
Basically the same as how i deal with a male friend.

me and my guy friend go out one on one all the time. since we are not gay, it is a platonic relationship... i think?

i have many guy frens .. very close ones .. they share secrets n problems with me de .. So i believe tat it can be as good as a BGR , minus the other couple things. .. Holding hands, hugging is fine though

hmm. Alot of 1 to 1 dates between you and him ah.. If uncomfortable and you treat him of more like an acquaintance, then start rejecting before he gets the wrong idea.

It is very common ba. Hold hands but does not mean interested.
Perhaps your male friend just feels comfortable hangin with you thats why the 1-1 date. Unless he told you he likes you, else just enjoy the date and dont think too much ba.
