I dont mind paying more but there is no correlation between increasing price and increasing standard of products.

Yes, yes. A good eg, is the increase in transport fares. Increase fares but service still sucks and worse there are fewer seats in trains and buses. Notice there are no TVs in the new buses. -

When you're earning 1k/mth, you wished you had a small sedan. When it becomes 3k, you get your sedan and wanna buy a house. Then when it becomes 5k, once you get your house....time to have kids. When it becomes 7k, once u have kids, you want a bigger and better car. When it becomes 9k, you get a bigger and better car, so u move out of your HDB to private housing.. And then when u finally earn 15k....you envy those who have private jets and yachts.
Human desire knows no bounds. It's just a matter of fulfilling wants along the way. The person who earns 15k fulfills more wants than the person who earns 5k. Nevertheless, money no enough.

Not true ...Need a house but only earning 3 K . Now that have kids , only earning 5 k .
Need a bigger car and bigger house because of more kids and kids education , but only earning 7 K .
So money not enough .
