i used to receive such calls very often, and before they could finish their lines i hang up. It's not rude or what cuz they keep repeating the calls it's irritating. If im in a good mood, i will listen a bit respond a little then hang up. And they speak super fast i dont understand lol.
Now seldom receive such calls liaos.

I also kena once about this lottery scam. It was a china person. But when I told her that I didn't want to commit to her instructions, she hung up immediately.

I also received the same call today. but no chance to hear whether its the same co... i just said busy n hung up.

I'm gonna try another technique next time. I whip out my best south indian accent, speaking in fake tamil and end up yelling "I CALL THE POLICE I TELL YOU! NO PORK!"
