  govt encourage people to take public transport and who better than a high ranking civil servant to show a fine example ?

  next step is up one rank => picture of Colonel taking MRT

  uniform take public transport

  i remember there is certain directive, there is some do and don,t

  like now certis CISCO cannnot carried ARM inside MRT to return to paya lebar any more
