  Understandable, :) We fear what we don't know :) 

  I probably think there is nothing to be worried about. I would recommend you firstly to take care of yourself, not because they are from overseas, but because you are a lady... So, don't go to their place alone etc...even if they invite you.. talk to them with someone, your friends or families are around... 

  Get to know their culture, talk to them, it should be a fun cultural exchange experience... ask them about how their country is.. Wow i wish i have that opportunity :) 

  Exchange cooked food, invite them over for dinner.. if your family are adventurous :) 

  Let us know how it goes :)

  yeah man...speaking of cultural exchange i think singapore should have an international cultural exchange day....that way we can also make money beside understanding each other's culture better..
