how to change my dad mindset? about skinny jeans n slippers

The correct fashion wear for skinny jeans is with canvas lace ups shoes, a nice cut blazer jacket, tight and crop sleeve t shirts and a messenger bag.
except for the t-shirt, the jeans, blazer, and bag should be in muted colours. The jeans can be denim indigo colours or pure black. Not washed, not faded.

wha... "my slippers expensive" seh... you still look fugly with slippers in jeans. it may be the cheapest shoe around, but if the person carries himself well, no one cares about the worth of the slipper.

I used to work part time at a water park, we wear tight polo tees, short skirts with pants underneath and pretty slippers.
Some wear expensive slippers, some wear nice slippers, and some wear crocs.
So please, dont try to suggest your fashion sense is better then your fathers sense.

clothes and shoes are used to dress us appropriately in different occasions and places. u just can't wear slippers everywhere u go. this has nothing to do with character or not.

i really hate guys who wear skinnies w slippers...and unkempt hair that covers their eyes like a dog...on top of that, a hat that 'rides' super high on their heads....duh...its so not cool and doesnt look mature. so dun even need to mention about WHITE skinnies..
