I don't think he deserves to be jailed for that long. You must understand how he felt at that moment, when he wasn't able to make it to a polytechnic.
Suspension and counselling oughta cover it. Jail is just overboard ya. Blacklisted for life.

I entered ITE when I was 24. Didn't realize it was a damn crime to do so.And to the genius who said I deserved it... guess what Einstein, I DIDN'T DO THOSE THINGS.
I did not stare and threaten to burn the damn school down (first of all, why would I? The meeting took place in a different school) and did NOT come back and deliberately smash the glass door. It was an accident. I was there only once and was storming out after the meeting.
There was NO 2-hour lapse. I was there only ONCE that day for the meeting.
They MADE ME STRIKE OUT the accidentally part minutes before sentencing. I only found out later that there was no way they could've charged me for an accident.
That's the whole point.
