Most youths or youngsters have sex due to their raging hormones and the impulsivenss to act without thinking of the dire consequences. They are constantly seeking new pleasures and finding new sex partners.
With the multiple number of sex partners, the risks of getting infected by AIDS/HIVs are also increased. The knowledge of using safety precautions are not etched into their minds deeply yet, since they have the mindset of "I won't be so unlucky."

who said we dun hv the safety precaution, in pri 4, we learn about sex education liao, just that the sexologist told us when guy dun wear condom, u feel more pleasure...so..eh... -

oh! but at least we know about how babies are conceived mah?? so inorder to evade it, we must go for injection or take anti pregnant pills, that was what the sex educator taught us. -

because the society of singapore dun accept underage pregnacy mah, like one of my gal fren, 16yo got baby liao, but adults ask her to abort it..so in the end no baby lor, if our country is open enought to accept underage pregnacy, guess we will not hv no baby problem, and we are also taught that when u are young, u tend to give healthy baby. If the society accepted us, we will hv take care of the baby, and when time is right, we get married and lead a happy life ever after...unless prc gals come and disturb my husband -

If u are talking about family giving them money, then it proves that they are not ready to have a baby yet. They haven't even complete their studies yet then suddenly got baby, how to handle all those financial issues? They are not even financially independent.
