How long do you actually waited for the call after a job interview, whether or not you get or didnt get the job offer?

One to two weeks. IF you are told the specific time frame, then wait within that time frame -

That depends on what instructions the HR personnel get from the hiring supervisor,boss. Some people fully trust HR to select the candidate. In most cases, HR after the interview will get back to the hiring superior, boss for feedback.

Isn't it easier for girls to get the job?
I mean like... e.g. for 1st impression in an interview, there are more variety of working clothes and of course, the makeup for girls... whereas for guys, the range of working clothes are apparently "just that few" to mix and match for attending the interview.
And here, I'm talking about a typical office job, both private and public sector. -

mean.. i applied at starhub, ritz carlton & 1 telecommunication/advertising company and got d jobs straight away... part time one doesnt count so need not list down yea...

DUn wait for them to call u, continue to search. So that if 2 companies call u, u can choose.......... Normally, is 2-4weeks after interview as most MNC will do a second interview with u b4 getting the job.

longest 2wk... fastest, immediate... -
the interviwers told me they need to meet a few more candidates
then get back to me in a few days
but my agent call me the next day to inform me that they offering me the job
so i'll be signing the appointment letter with them tom

Sometimes 2 weeks, sometimes a month. Usually, if you get selected to go interview, you got it already, just wait for the follow up call.
