I am trying to execute some mice .... as humanely as possible .... >.<
I think you're gonna have to try "Hardware" stores, u get what i mean? *wink wink*
They've got all the stuff you need to "kill mice humanely."
tsk ! ...... ![]()
well ... maybe I should change the title to "how to execute captured mice humanely" ....
anyone got any better execution ideas ? ... other than knocking the mouse out with ether, then snapping the neck ? ....
Hmm..... I use chloroform to bind Perspex together in my lab's workshop.... but no way in hell can I kapo it. As it is I have to ask for permission every time I need it.
Seriously, try asking for chloroform in hardware stores. They may have it since it has applications in the assembly of Perspex structures.
I'm a Buddhist and hence my view.
Well, if there was a "problem" in the home, Dad use to set rat traps (the cage type) overnight. Next day, if any mousey mooney got caught, he'd drive to open space and let them go.
Maybe try pest control?

I did that before ... twice ....
now it seems that the rats are bigger and badder than before ....
they've been bullying my bunny, and stealing food from my dog .... I don't kill mice for fun ... the least I can do, is to excute them as humanely as I can ....
Then again, what's with the rodents? Staying near a big drain or the garbage truck needs to come round more ? Maybe it's the way your household disposes garbage that attracts the pests....

they come round the backyard .....
the garbage goes out the front gates .... ![]()
it's not just my house that's got this problem ... the whole neighbourhood too ...
maybe it'll be the mousies' good karma to be caught at my place ... at least I'll dispatch them humanely ... I don't think many of my neighbours would bother with such niceties ....

Yah, but unless discarded food is wrapped up well, it becomes an invitation to the rodents and whatever else that there's a food haven.
Perhaps it's time all the neighbours got to together to tackle the problem.
Over at my Mum's, they have a bigger worry - snakes!
Your problem would be solved if you lived in the same area, and at least the pythons won't come for me!
