Singaporeans desire war/action over water?

Hi guys. Just had a conversation with a few nsfs and ns-men. What the Ns-Men (ex nsfs) told me was quite disturbing, they all seemed to wish that Malaysia would turn off the water supply so that we in Singapore could have an excuse to invade them.
These guys actually said "I really wish they would turn it off. I dare them to do it." I asked if they were joking, and they said they were very serious.Apparently, and this is the impression I got from them, SIngapore has made it clear that it will consider Malaysia switching off the taps to be an act of war. Is this true?
If such talk had come from NSFs i would not be surprise, you're trained to be all garang and such. But it was the 26 year old uni students that were talking like this.
So I'd just like to ask everyone here. Do most of you actually think like that? Like you wouldn't mind war with Malaysia over water, or you hope they would turn it off?

It is no secret that we will be self reliant in the near future in terms of water supply.
so they can turn off anytime then. Which is why u see less of the people up north bringing this issue up.
Or maybe its just because that mad doctor isnt there anymore. hahaha

Malaysian water is only one source of water supply to Singapore lah.
If they cut off, they rugi.
Singapore can survive with water rationing using water supply from NeWater, desalination, and existing reservoirs. Also can import more Perrier.
Singapore will go to ICJ and sue Malaysia for breach of contract rather than go to war. War is extremely costly and the returns very poor, victory also not certain. Law suits good chance of winning, and just cost manpower hours only amd hell a lot of paper, and the returns are most likely plentyfull cash.
Those NSF talk cock, you also believe wholesale until frighten ah.

there are so many things to consider before going into a war la. to make matters worst, singapore is a country that survives on manpower. what will happen when such a huge part the workforce stops working?

there is a 3rd possibility. TS was lying. because nobody in singapore wants a war, we're all afraid of dying and discomfort, and war means stepping out of our comfort zone.

War is a not a viable option, a short term military operation should be what sg strives for..
Perhaps a air strike at key my military installments, airborne drop seizing the water caches and an armour column advancing deep into Johor to fight a rear echelon action against any my resistance.. after that we will end the operation and hold on to what we capture
This is to minimise resources, reduce casualities and as little damage as possible.
But sadly, SAF is too puny a force to be capable of such a operation so the odds of it happening? Zero
