But I'm not sure what you meant by the best, I know they don't hire the handsome and the beautiful.

Gent Int - u just missed the good time to buy it.
yes.. now 0.54... 2 week ago is 0.44. =(
2) now too late for that
I'm waiting for the right price for CitySpring though. This is for 10 years horizon, so if you are going for short term, don't bother
I am invest for long term.
3) park in a listed company, n earn their dividends...
can tell me which company to invest? (SMRT?) and around how much.
1) Many stocks, like SPH, is already around 10 to 12% dividend yield p.a. Cosco at 70 cents give 10%. DBS at 8 dollars gives 7%. SuntecREIT gives nearly 20%. Tat Hong gives nearly 11% also.
So 14% is quite ok.
2) CitySpring is the 14% one I'm talking about. But do your own research ok? It is 40% owned by Temasek Holdings. It invests in infrastructure, which I think is rather safe.
3) Probably SPH? now a bit too high... wait for $2.4
hi eagle, i got a few question to ask you before i buy stock.
1) I want to buy share but i don't really know about share. (can give abit tips?)
2) If I buy share, i need to pay banker money? (my grandfather tell me to save more cause if i buy like 1 shock, I need to pay banker $250. if i buy 100 stock or more share also pay banker $250. isit true?)
Anyway... Thank alot to you guy for the information. ![]()
1) You have to do your own homework; I'm in no position to recommend. But you will be safe to look into blue chips down. According to some other expert's technical analysis, there will be one more selldown. You can wait till that selldown to buy in.
2) Brokerage fee is around $25 if done online through poems, or $18 if going through DBS Vickers. You have to register with a brokerage firm first
Thank the info eagle.
..........
