Dear Jerry,
Hope this helps!
1. Get Fit
Not difficult. Find a new hobby that involves sports, be it basketball, tennis or even skating. You'll have fun and forget that you're working out.
2. Lazy
Motivate yourself to work harder...think of the moolah, the sense of achievement. Having pride in your work is a good start. And stop falling asleep in the toilet
3. Appearance
Clothes maketh the man. Nah that's bullshit. It doesn't matter how limited your wardrobe is, if you look confident. I think confidence is the key behind every attractive man. Of course, dressing in a sloppy way is a no no..
4. Swearing
Honestly, I dun think you swear a lot. Shouldn't be an obstacle in this case.
5. Language
Read more books! There're a lot of pretty xmms in the library too
Sincerely,
Ash

If getting Fit is not difficult, why am i seeing more and more fatty guys on the street?? The Mrt is fully loaded, now with more and more fatty guys..OMG! guess i might have to seat with the mrt driver.
And fatty guys dun need much wardrobe and clothing, they dun have much option, everything is oblong and sarong for them.
Honestly, fatty guy sweats alot, and when the sweating stop, the smell of the sweat is disgusting, that is why I evade fatty guys in the library, they are there for cool air rather than reading.
And lastly, when ah pui fart, damn loud and smelly...yuk!!!

Can, ask Dad to pay the money and the surgeon will do the rest...it can be painful but it is worthwhile after the operation. Better than climbing staircase and jumping up and down correct??

hey TS you gna need carbohydrates if you want to go on runs so i dun't advice you to go cold turkey like what badzmaro said. it also about energy balance. you have to balance your energy intake with your energy output.
yeah one more thing, the night before you go running, try to drink lots of water so that you wont get dehydration when running. start small like 1 kilometer first. after you have feel comfortable with running 1 kilometer, you can proceed with adding another kilometer to it.
when in home, do jumping jacks and pumpings and sit ups too

haha, not just fat guys, fat gals too
but on the other hand, there are many more hot guys and gals too, who PUT IN EFFORT to shape up and dress
work on yr bod first, and get in shape. u don't need to be all muscular, at least have a lean body w/o bulging stomach
gals easier, hehe, just keep slim can already
once yr bod is ok, dress up!! u can't survive with just polo tees or t-shirts, i like guys who wear shirts (not those kind of ah beng dragon type or flowery type), makes them more mature
just simple plain shirt, perhaps stripe also ok, can match with anything, jeans, pants whatever
smoke
