hey DUMBASS. im fine if he already make his decision. i said it doesnt matter as long he is a good man. i don't care if ppl are giving him encouragement and support.

you are seeing it differently because you have an emotional stake in it. like i pointed out, all he did was give the due respect that he has the guts to make his choice, when it's going to be very very difficult.
we all know that he might be treated very badly for his choice and respect him for it. it's got nothing to do with mocking islam or whatever. you are the only one who thinks that comment has anything to do with islam.
so quit playing the victim la. especially when you started the name calling.

if singaporeans don't really care, then why are you so worked up when you thought people were attacking islam? the very fact that you got offended, means you care about what other people think about islam (even when nobody's attacking islam, that's the best part).
i think my position is even clearer than yours, because i'm not a big fan of catholics either. you can ask those who know me here.
and i definitely respect TS's courage to make a difficult decision (yes yes, i'm sure you can continue to rant about how nobody in his family would care if he renounces his religion for another religion, but you're not in his position, you don't know his family, you don't know his struggles)

Osama is of Islamic religion, but his actions is not.
We all came from the same god, Creator of the universe regardless of what you call him, Allah, Yahweh, Jehovah etc. It is only him who will judge in the end who is right and who is wrong. Whether or not people wants to convert from one religion to another is entirely up to him or her. And whether a person of the same religion is better than the other person of a different race is human perception. God does not discriminate among races
