Actually, what do schools ban tattoos for? that it is a sign of gangster-ism, and/or a bad influence for others? If that's the case, then all i can say is that these schools are just too backward..
i think tattoo is a really good form of art, and if used appropriately it can be quite expressive. EVEN IF those tattoos were dragon heads and whatever that they use to show that they are gangsters, as long as they keep it concealed during school hours, isn't that fine?
i don't see any substantial link between tattoos and bad behaviour..

No scars but whitish patch is visible and it cost even more to remove than to have one.So no need to remove menacing dragon on the chest but if it is a tattoo of Mr Bean then by all means. -

banning tattoos are a good thing i think...
being able to express one's self is a good thing
but for a tertiary level school, i think having tattoos would be more like a bad influence...besides, they're not attending an art school or something...
it is at these level that kids should express themselves more through sports or other cca activities...
besides, in this world, some perceptions would never change no matter how open one can be...

Most of them think that tatoo give them identity and higher position but thats bullshit...if that person without brains , all they can do is to ba a runner or a dog for ah long -

Anyway, i think minimum age for having a tattoo should be 18. -
