Since the past, tattoo have been used to indicate occupations, mark criminal records, symbols for purposes. If ppl were to view this as art, its as good as BDSM.

because it is unsightly and unprofessional looking. It is also permanent and young teenagers may be making a rash decision which they might regret later
schools exert huge influence on students. although it is ultimately a personal choice, schools cannot be the one to condone such tattoos.
