I believe if u have no previous cases of rape/ molest and when victim is prostitute.In court, the judge will believe u more than the prostitute.
Don't worry when comes to prostitute cry foul of rape. Most likely u will win.

police will not take sides, they w listen to both statements one. police so experienced in this type of cases one dun worry. but if she is not scared if making a police report, then will involve ICA to correspond with their counterparts to see if she got criminal record in her country. maybe bar her from coming to sg next time.

If she got clean record in her home country and this is her first time coming out to work as overseas pros? How can u prove she is pros?I am not joking.. A lot of vietnam gal are doing that. They put deposit and after a few months after their previous visit. They can apply for tourist visit to sg again.. and happy happy do their business again. Unless they kenna caught in their act by police.

Last time got one indian man wanted to molest me, I kicked his banana...he crouched down in pain. Later i reported to police and they find out it is true, cos the indian men banana was in bad shape. He was charged but i drop the case.
