There are not enough details now.
The only things we know for sure are that she "hears" voices and her husband has left her a few days before the incident.

The woman was discovered around 4.30am Sunday by her mother, who found her holding the decapitated baby.
She appeared to have ingested parts of her child after attacking him with a knife, Mr Rios said.
'She was biting on the head,' Mr Rios told AFP.
