PAP is just a political party that needs a thorough cleansing, while the pledge of Singapore is the pledge of all Singaporeans. If you don't like it, leave Singapore for good.

There was like 10 people in the train and no one even recited the pledge.They all just sat there and waited for the audio to stop saying the pledge.

I can just imagine people eating in a restaurant and suddenly at 8:22pm, everybody except you stood up and started reciting the pledge.
After the pledge, everybody sits down and continues eating.

I cannot imagine those doing business in toilet halfway and stand for the pledge... It's gonna be crappy... -
I could almost imagine doctors in the operating room doing an operation on a patient and suddenly stopping halfway to recite the pledge
